Traditional zero-air-consumption dryers rely on auxiliary electric heating to resolve adsorbent regeneration issues. Conventional adsorbents suffer from difficulties in low-temperature regeneration, require additional thermal energy, exhibit unstable adsorption performance in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, and have short service lives, all of which increase equipment operating costs.
Shanghai Jiuzhou has developed the low-temperature regenerable, easily desorbed adsorbent JZ-F1. Through continuous optimization of its formulation and manufacturing process, the desorption kinetic energy of water molecules is reduced, enabling the adsorbent to regenerate without additional heat supply. This product effectively addresses drawbacks such as low-temperature regeneration difficulties and incomplete adsorption under high-temperature conditions associated with traditional adsorbents. It is suitable not only for energy-efficient equipment with low regeneration temperature requirements but also operates stably in complex climatic conditions such as high-temperature, high-humidity, or low-temperature, damp-cold environments. The application of the JZ-F1 adsorbent makes it possible to eliminate auxiliary electric heating in most zero-air-consumption compression heat dryers paired with centrifugal compressors. This allows the equipment to achieve adsorbent regeneration cycles without installing or activating backup heating, truly realizing “zero additional energy consumption” drying. Furthermore, this adsorbent demonstrates more stable adsorption, desorption, and regeneration performance under extreme climatic conditions such as high temperature, humidity, and low temperature. It contributes to low-energy operation of equipment, production of high-quality product gas, and significantly extends the service life of the adsorbent.
