This technology utilizes the selective adsorption properties of Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) to achieve continuous production through a dual-tower system operating alternately.

When compressed air enters the adsorption tower, oxygen molecules are adsorbed while nitrogen molecules are enriched and delivered as product gas. Meanwhile, the other tower undergoes depressurization to desorb oxygen, regenerating the adsorbent. The system automatically switches between the two towers, ensuring a stable nitrogen supply.
