On November 25, 2025, the “Sailing Forward in Shanghai · Talent Converges in Quanzhou” Talent Promotion and Recruitment Event was successfully held in Shanghai. During the event, Ms. Hong Xiaoqing, General Manager of Shanghai Joozeo Chemical Co., Ltd., was officially appointed as a “Campus Talent-Recruitment Advisor of Quanzhou City.” Ms. Hong serves as a Standing Committee Member of the 14th CPPCC Jinjiang Municipal Committee and is also a successful entrepreneur who holds important positions in multiple associations and chambers of commerce. Known for her strong commitment to university–industry collaboration and student development, Ms. Hong brings extensive organizational experience and deep political-business networks spanning Shanghai and Fujian.
