On December 6, 2025, the inauguration ceremony of the Yangtze River Delta Jinjiang Talent Exchange Center and the first board swearing-in ceremony were grandly held in Shanghai. Ms. Hong Xiaoqing, General Manager of Shanghai Joozeo Chemical Co., Ltd., was appointed as the first President of both the Yangtze River Delta Jinjiang Talent Exchange Center and the Shanghai Hongkou Changjin Talent Exchange Center.
With the theme “Gathering Talent in the Yangtze River Delta, Converging Wisdom by the Shores of Jinjiang,” the event also launched the Center’s first flagship program — the “Jinjiang Talent Forum.” This marks the official debut of a new platform designed to unite professionals of Jinjiang heritage and support high-quality regional development under the national strategy of integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta. Representatives from various sectors — including the Fujian Provincial Office in Shanghai, the Quanzhou Liaison Office in Shanghai, government departments from Shanghai and Jinjiang, universities, regional associations, and all members of the Center — gathered together to witness this significant moment.
Leaders such as Ke Guolin, Director of the Quanzhou Municipal Government Liaison Office in Shanghai, attended and delivered congratulatory remarks, expressing warm congratulations on the establishment of the Center and high hopes for its future contributions in talent services and supporting the development of their hometown. Wang Ying, Director of the Fujian Provincial Government’s Shanghai Office, Lin Renda, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal People’s Congress, and other leaders also delivered speeches, congratulating the Center and expressing their expectations that it will become a high-quality platform that unites local communities, gathers wisdom, and promotes shared development.
The establishment of the Yangtze River Delta Jinjiang Talent Exchange Center is a concrete step toward implementing the national strategy of strengthening the nation through talent and actively integrating into the Yangtze River Delta’s regional development. The Center will focus on strengthening community ties, empowering talent, connecting resources, and promoting collaborative development. With nearly 300 members — more than 80% of whom hold master’s or doctoral degrees — the Center aims to carry forward the Jinjiang spirit of “striving for excellence, humility and generosity, integrity and reliability, and benefiting the world.”
It is committed to becoming an “energy station,” a “bridge of hearts,” and a “think tank” for Jinjiang-origin professionals in the Yangtze River Delta, contributing outstanding Jinjiang wisdom and strength to the prosperity of both the hometown and the region.
